1. What This Program Is

By subscribing, you're joining a program where we connect rental property hosts with care product manufacturers. You'll receive free samples of premium products (shampoos, soaps, lotions, etc.) to place in your Vrbo or Airbnb rental for your guests to use and test. This helps manufacturers get real-world feedback while you provide a better experience for your guests—at no cost to you.

2. Who Can Participate

You must be the owner or authorized manager of a short-term rental property listed on Vrbo, Airbnb, or similar platforms. You agree to provide accurate information about your property, including your correct address for product delivery.

3. It's Completely Free

There are no fees, no hidden costs, and no obligations. You're not required to promote, review, or endorse any products. Simply place the products in your rental for guest use. You can participate as long as you want, or stop anytime.

4. Your Privacy Matters

We collect your name, email, and property address only to facilitate product delivery and program management. We will never sell your personal information. We may share your delivery address with trusted product manufacturers so they can send products directly to your property, but your contact information remains protected.

5. What to Expect

Product shipments depend on manufacturer partnerships and campaign availability. We cannot guarantee how often you'll receive products or that you'll be included in every campaign. Shipments may vary based on location, property type, and manufacturer preferences. We'll do our best to match you with relevant products when available.

6. Product Safety & Use

All products we distribute are from legitimate manufacturers and are intended for normal consumer use. However, you are responsible for reading product labels and following safety instructions. CareTesters is not liable for any allergic reactions, injuries, or damages that may occur from product use. If you have concerns about a product, please contact us immediately.

7. Canceling Your Subscription

You can unsubscribe at any time, for any reason. Simply use the "Message" tab on this page to send us a request, and we'll promptly remove you from our distribution list. There are no penalties or fees for canceling.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we'll notify active subscribers. Continued participation after changes means you accept the updated terms.
