Terms of Service

1. Program Purpose
You are signing up to receive care product samples (e.g., soaps, shampoos, lotions) from third-party manufacturers or distributors, for the purpose of offering them to guests in your rental property.
2. Eligibility
You must be the owner or authorized manager of a short-term rental property. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date property information.
3. Free Participation
Participation in this program is currently free of charge. You are not obligated to promote or review any products.
4. Use of Data
We collect your name, contact info, and property address solely for program use. Your data will never be sold. We may share subscriber details (such as your name and delivery address) with trusted manufacturers for the purpose of direct product distribution.
5. No Guarantees
We cannot guarantee regular shipments or inclusion in every campaign. Product availability depends on brand partnerships and demand.
6. Product Use Disclaimer
You agree to take reasonable care when placing products for guest use. CareTesters is not responsible for any damage or incidents related to product use. Always read product labels and safety instructions.
7. Opting Out
